THIS MATTER is before the Court on Anthony W. Broom’s Petition for Original Writ of Habeas Corpus. The Petition is denied because it is procedurally improper and has been filed in the wrong court.
The Petitioner was informed by the appellate
court in Broom v. State, 907 So.2d 1261 (
Moreover, the court that entered the judgment and sentence was the Pinellas County Court. The Petitioner has filed his Petition in the appellate division of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus is denied.
